A Few Words About Kristina Swiderski

Kristina Swiderski, MFTi

I have worked in the mental health field for several years and across settings, what stands out to me the most is peoples’ search to connect and be heard. Psychotherapy is an opportunity for this. My goal is to help you get unstuck, discover your voice, and to speak truthfully.
I help people understand how they experience hurt. I also help people grow from past experiences in order to live optimally in the present. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. With children and adolescents I use play therapy and art therapy. With adults I have a reflective and exploratory style. Practicing as a psychotherapist is incredibly fulfilling.
I admire people’s will, strength, and initiative to better their well-being. I am honored to connect with and listen to others during their time of need.
